Welcome Voucher
New members will receive one RM 10 Welcome Voucher and be awarded classic member status.
Points and Vouchers
Points can be used to redeem cash vouchers, service vouchers, and gifts.
Points will be awarded at every RM 1 spent = 1 point.
Accumulate 1000 points to redeem one (1) RM 10 voucher.
How to Redeem?
You may redeem your voucher at our counter anytime before payment.
Terms & Conditions
*Maximum redemption of RM 30 with minimum spend of RM 300 in one bill.
*Rebate vouchers are not applicable for tyre purchases or with other ongoing promotions.
*Points and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
Birthday Voucher
Get up to RM 50 off labor charges valid throughout your birthday month.
Click on the gift icon and input your birth date upon sign up in TouchRewards , or update your birth date in the app at least 2 weeks before your actual birthday to avoid issues in receiving your birthday voucher.
How to Redeem?
*You must present identification card (IC) and show birthday voucher at the counter before proceeding for any service.
*Min Spend RM150 in one (1) transaction.
Terms & Conditions
*RM 50 voucher is applicable for discount on labor charges only.
*Valid for one(1) time redemption.
*Not valid with other on-going promotions and discounts.

Membership and Points Expiry Date
Your membership and points will expire if your account is inactive for two years.
Membership can be renewed for free however all points earned will be reverted to zero.
Account Sharing
There is no limit on the number of vehicles you can service in one TouchRewards account.

Issues Signing up for TouchRewards
Reach out to any of our outlets via WhatsApp if you encounter issues signing up for our membership. Alternatively, you may also sign up at our outlets with the help of our friendly counter clerks!
Terms And Conditions
1. Credits, Points, vouchers, and gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, or in any form.
2. No exemption will be made for expired vouchers and promotions.
3. Touch Auto Car Care Group retains the right to reject any voucher that is considered invalid or violates the terms and conditions.
4. Each Voucher is only eligible for a single transaction and is only valid for the time period specified by Touch Auto Car Care Group.
5. Touch Auto Car Care Group reserves the right to discontinue any promotions, vouchers, offers, contests, surveys, privileges and other programmes at any time without notice or liability.
6. Touch Auto Car Care Group reserves the rights to change, amend, add-on the Terms and Conditions and/or terminate this service without prior notice.
